Our full range utilizes automotive-grade LiFePO4 cells with high thermal and chemical stability. Combined with an intelligent BMS, it provides multiple protections against overcharge, over-discharge, over-temperature, and short circuits, ensuring extreme safety.

What is the designed lifespan of the battery system?

Our battery system is designed with over 6,000 cycles (depending on the model and DoD). Combined with intelligent management, the actual lifespan can exceed 10-15 years.

What is the warranty policy for your products?

We offer a standard 5-year warranty for the complete system, with battery packs extendable to 10 years or longer upon request. Please refer to our product manual for detailed warranty terms.

Can it be used with existing PV solar systems?

Yes. Our ESS supports both AC-coupled and DC-coupled modes, perfectly compatible with most mainstream PV inverters and grid systems to achieve PV-ESS integration.

How efficient is the charge/discharge cycle of the ESS?

Equipped with a high-efficiency PCS and self-developed EMS scheduling algorithms, the AC-side round-trip efficiency of our system exceeds 90%, effectively minimizing energy loss during conversion.
